The actress was featured in several films and co-starred with Rock Hudson in The Fat Man (1951). Julie London starred in the 1958 movie Saddle the Wind with Robert Taylor and John Cassavetes. She also starred in the 1959 film The Wonderful Country with Robert Mitchum. The singer-songwriter recorded 32 albums through the 50s and 60s and her best-loved song was "Cry Me a River". In 1974, London was nominated to the Golden Globe Award for Emergency! She was married to Jack Webb from 1947 to 1954, and to Bobby Troup from 1959 to 1999. Julie London passed away on October 18, 2000 at the age of 74.
